Ten pieces of 100 Yuan bills hidden in a gallery space
I hid 10 pieces of 100 Yuan bills in the gallery space. It
was then announced to the public that the money could
be kept by the finder, setting up a performative
situation in the space - linking artworks with "real
value", those visiting the space with those working
there, the finders with the unaffected, the act of
searching for money and the act with the found
money. 10 x 100 was like virus that caused one or another reaction once you knew that it's in the space. After careful yet eager searching eight pieces were found by eight people.
